Biography: Bledel created her fan base through her role as Rory Gilmore on the WB's heartwarming sitcom "Gilmore Girls." She has enjoyed much success playing a teenager who goes through the trials and tribulations of growing up.
In 2004, she had a small role in "Bride and Prejudice", but in 2005, she had a larger role in "Sin City," notably that her role in this film was a significant departure from her more innocent television character Rory.
Her last project was "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" (2005) an endearing film about four friends learning about growing up.
